The location and ambience of this resort is too good. As the name says heritage, infrastructure is antique but there is a difference between antique and destroyed. We observed that though the place was peaceful and tranquil but there is no cleanliness and less maintenance of such a beautiful property. The rooms were untidy, the washroom was a mess. The swings were broken and the boating pool was full of rubbish. The service was also a bit slow. I suggest, that a true heritage place like this requires time to time maintenance. I hope, the owner of this resort will pay attention to my views and make this a better place. However the restaurant service and ambience was good. Overall the hotel was a good place to stay with kids and have family fun.

We have booked 2 rooms with them in december. The bedsheets were dirty, the flush was not working, the commode was not working. Rooms service was the worst and the food prices were double. The high light was during the peak winter season it's hotels duty to provide the heater and it's included in the room rent in all the hotels. But the owner charged us 450- per night extra, we had no other option and we paid. There is nothing near the hotel, so don't waste your money on them, you can get much better hotels in manali.

There is a place in manali that feels like a secret hideaway, surrounded by stunning mountains. Well, that's exactly what you get at heritage satikva resorts! tucked in the lap of the himalayas, it's not just a stay; it's like stepping into a whole new world of comfort and jaw-dropping views. Moreover, it happens to be centrally located to all the major sightseeing points in the area with no traffic jams. Best part of our stay was the evenings at the resort. The thoughtful arrangement around the bonfire creates a magical ambiance. The crackling bonfire, set against the backdrop of the serene surroundings, adds a touch of enchantment to the overall stay. And a wonderful way to conclude a day of exploration. Thanks to the team of heritage, who made our stay memorable

I am feeling short of words to express the enchanting experience that unfolded during my stay at heritage satikva resorts. Nestled amid-st the breathtaking landscapes of manali, this resort truly stands as a gem in the lap of nature. The ambiance seamlessly blends with the surrounding mother nature, making it feel like an extension of the picturesque landscape. Waking up to the sight of lush greenery and towering mountains as immediate neighbors was a rejuvenating experience in itself. The hospitality at heritage satikva resort added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. It's a rare find to encounter such dedication to guest satisfaction. One thing that will always remain in my fond memories is the rich flavors of himachali cuisine offered at their restaurant. Will visit again for sure

A very nice heritage resort on the outskirts of manali nestled between the mountains and bang opposite protected forest reserve area which offered a nice little hiking trail. Nice rooms and fit for a family of four. We loved the spiral staircase that leads to another bedroom on the attic floor some info was misleading though in terms of inhouse activities as all of them are for smaller kids. Didn't get much help either in suggestions for tourist attractions from the front desk due to off season we saw very few attendants but all went out of their way and attended to all our needs, particularly laleingh

A beautifully built up property in, local architecture, in a most stunning location with majestic view. It was like a dream holiday, beautifully built-up rooms, awesome ambiance, very hospitable, good food and very caring and smiling team. Travel desk made all my arrangements for adventurous activities and the cab to move around. I congratulate the entire team who makes sure that we as guest have a comfortable stay. Keep it up, i will surely come again in summer
